Diego Mendoza, Secretary General of the National Automotive Association of Chile (ANAC), is a Lawyer from the University of Chile, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Administrative Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile; he holds a master’s degree in Law (LL. M) of the European Union with specialization in Free Competition Law and Regulated Markets from the University of Paris II Pantheon-Assas, where he studied the evolution of the European automotive market supported by the creation of a unique economic partnership area in the world, with a strong link to respect for the environment, the empowerment of the circular economy and sustainable mobility as a guiding principle of automotive markets in the world. ANAC represents brands and importers of cars, buses, trucks, and machinery with presence in Chile.
