Willie Shumba AfCFTA

Dr Willie SHUMBA is with the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Secretariat based in Accra, Ghana as a Senior Expert, in Customs. He started his career in Customs in Zimbabwe where he acquired over 29 years’ experience. In addition, he has had wide experience with SADC Secretariat and the African Union Commission. He is also involved in university teaching. He holds three Masters’ degrees and a PhD in International Trade Law
