Mr. Ludovic Thanay is the Head of the Communications, Event management and Strategic Planning Unit of the World Customs Organization (WCO). He has 25 years of experience in the field of Communication, having worked for newspapers, radio, television, acting as spokesperson and head of corporate communication. In his capacity as head of Communication, Events and Strategic planning at the WCO, he has supervised the 1st WCO Global Communication conference, the WCO Guidance on how to communicate during a crisis situation, the WCO Corporate Identity Guidelines, and the WCO Editorial Style guide, among other things. He has also supervised the organization of various WCO events, including the WCO Technology conferences in Georgia, Japan, Peru, Azerbaijan, Netherlands, Vietnam, WCO Global AEO Conferences in Uganda and Dubai, as well as the 1st Global Cross-Border E-Commerce Conference in China. Mr. Ludovic Thanay holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor in Economics (BA) and a Bachelor in Communication Studies (BSc).
